Hello I'm Bernadette!
As the Senior Property Manager here at Property Lane, I take great pride ensuring that all of our landlords and tenants have a very clear understanding of expectations from all parties involved throughout the whole property managment process and insisting on a firm communication policy. I have a long history in property management and is thus reflected in my long term client relationships as a result of hard work, communication and simply taking the time to understand my clients needs and delivering on them.
If considering Property Lane to manage your property, I will personally be looking after your property and with a background in marketing, horticulture, landscape design, business management/ownership and real estate investing over 30 years, you can rest assured that your property is in very good hands.
