I highly recommend Matt if either selling or buying. Having been a Property Valuer for 14 years, I am familiar with Real Estate Agents, good and otherwise. Matt is sincere, a good negotiator and very hard working. Matt goes the extra mile. The seller of my new home was out of the country over Christmas, the day following settlement I mentioned to Matt the yard could have done with a mow.
